Every painting sold on this website is an original, handmade work of art — one of a kind. Because of the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, our refund policy differs by product type. Original paintings
Original oil paintings are non-refundable once payment has been made and the artwork has been shipped or handed over. Each piece is unique and cannot be restocked.
However, we want every collector to be completely happy. If the artwork arrives damaged in transit, we will offer one of the following remedies:
- A full refund of the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs), or
- A replacement work of equivalent value, at our discretion.
To make a damage claim, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. Claims made after this window cannot be honoured.
Cancellations — paintings
If you wish to cancel your order after payment but before the artwork has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations at this stage and issue a full refund. Once the painting has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Painting courses
Our painting courses are live, personal, and limited in seats. The following policy applies:
- Cancellations more than 7 days before the course start date — full refund, minus any payment gateway fees charged by Razorpay.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the course start date — 50% refund, as the seat has been held and preparation has begun.
- No-shows or cancellations after the course has started — no refund. You may, at our discretion, be offered a transfer to a future batch.
How refunds are processed
All refunds are returned to the original payment method used via Razorpay. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after the refund is initiated from our side, depending on your bank or card provider.
Razorpay's payment gateway fees (typically 2% of the transaction) are non-recoverable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on original paintings. If you are uncertain about a purchase, please contact us to arrange a viewing or request additional photographs and videos of the work before buying.
International orders
For international buyers: customs duties, import taxes, and international shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable under any circumstances. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.
