About the seller
The Website is operated by Aharsh, an independent oil painting artist operating in India. All original artworks offered for sale are created and sold directly by the artist. Courses are taught personally by Aharsh.
Products and descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our artworks and courses. However, colours may appear differently on screen depending on your device's display settings. Original paintings are unique physical objects, and minor variations in texture and tone from screen representations are inherent to handmade art and are not considered defects.
All dimensions, mediums, and descriptions are provided in good faith. If you have questions about a specific work before purchasing, please contact us.
Pricing
All prices listed on this Website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Currency conversions shown are approximate and for reference only — all payments are processed in INR via Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes where required but do not include international shipping or customs duties.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your purchase is the one displayed at the time you complete payment.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only upon successful payment through Razorpay. You will receive an email confirmation with a payment reference ID. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud, and will issue a full refund in such cases.
Payment is processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not store your card or banking information. By purchasing, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
Shipping and delivery
Original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped within India via a tracked courier service. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing to arrange a custom shipping quote. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.
Risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier. We strongly recommend photographing the package upon delivery before opening.
Intellectual property
All artworks, images, text, and content on this Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Aharsh unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a physical painting does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or sell images of our artworks without prior written permission.
Limited personal use — such as photographing your purchased artwork for your personal social media — is permitted provided you credit the artist (@aharsh_7).
Courses
Course access, schedule, and content are subject to change. We will notify enrolled students of any material changes. Course materials shared during the class remain the intellectual property of Aharsh and may not be recorded, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Aharsh's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
